We at Metholmen kayak want to make it possible to paddle a kayak in a simple and smooth way, regardless of whether you are a beginner or more experienced! We offer this opportunity from our kayak rental which is located in beautiful Öresjö.

Take friends and family on a wonderful trip in a peaceful and quiet environment surrounded by nature and cozy coves. Öresjö is a fantastic place to paddle as you can often find some shelter thanks to all these bays and that it is surrounded by forest. We offer kayaks in both one-man and two-man models and these are very easy to paddle and stable.

Here's how it works:

• Book vat our website so that everything is ready when you arrive at our kayak base in Öresjö. 
  
• When you arrive at Öresjö, you park at the specified location and then follow the instructions to the kayak base. 
  
• Once in place, our friendly and service-oriented staff will help you get the right equipment and have a simple review of paddle technology and safety. 
  
• Then just head out for a wonderful ride on the water! 
  
• When you have finished paddling, the staff will of course receive you and help you with the equipment.
  

What is included in the rent is a kayak, life jacket, paddle, cockpit canopy and map. It is also possible to rent a waterproof bag and a waterproof phone bag for a small fee.
